Anyone ever make it? Pita bread and breads in general are a lot cheaper if you make them yourself. Cooking your own food is always enjoyable as well.

Anyone have some recipes or tips? I'm going with this recipe Text

I would recommend substituting one cup of whole wheat flour for one of the three cups of flour. Also, just crank your oven up as high as it will go.

That just looks like a pretty basic pizza dough recipe other than the wheat flour. It should be pretty easy and effective.

I did a test run of two, and let them go for way to long. They were more like circular french bread.

After that I rolled them much thinner and let them cook for just over three minutes.

They turned out more delicious and much cheaper than store bought ones.
