he later took cheap shots at howard tinsley when he was up in the stands near the artest/jackson brawl

Also anyone crack up when tinsley later came back out with a dustpan?

Now I don't see no old man being beat by artest.

I saw an old person being trampled in the mess but didn't see him swing at some old person.
I saw him swing at guy with glasses and guy who was taking shots at him from behind.(guy with tan cap)

I no way am I justifying the players but I've been to a ton of drunken idiots at all sorts of sports venues. These absolute worse of the worse fans are the root cause of this. BOTTOM LINE. At a sports bar, at a college game, everywhere.

Are you fscking blind? Detroit fans showed the world tonight how pathetic, ignorant, cowardly, and moronic they really are and embarassed the entire NBA with what they did. As for the ownage of Artest and Oneal, if you call hitting a guy from behind when he's not looking ownage then that speaks volumes about yourself. If anything, whenever a fan went toe to toe with a Pacer they got knocked the fsck out. Jermaine Oneal, connects with a sliding punch that sends that fat fsck down for the count. Stephen Jackson, throws a clothesline punch and totally decks a Piston fan. Artest squares up with a Piston fan and decks him right in the face. No matter how you look at it, the Pistons got beat tonight.

And I agree that you get what is coming to you if you act like some of the fans at the game did tonight. That being said, you don't walk away scott-free from an incident like this. If you get in a fight at a bar and the cops bust you, you are headed to jail. Why is this any different?

Artest was provoked. S. Jackson went up to the stands looking for someone to punch. That's what it looked like on the video.
