I know a person who is selling pirated xbox games. I feel it's my responsibility to rat him out. Anyone have any information on how to go about this?


(keyword is SELLING, as in making money off doing this).

Get in on the action. Ask for a percentage.
 
Turn him in, or, at the very least, talk to him.

He's making money because he can, because it's easy. However, it's against the law. He's made his choice and needs to be ready to face the consequences.
 
I'm all about file sharing, but people making money off pirated merchandise should be pistol-whipped.

Report his ass to MS. There may even be a reward.

we've reported quite a few asshat customers at best buy to them.

they get their info and everything. Supposedly they actually pursue many of the small time people...

You need a Modchip to play these games anyway, so whoever would be buying the games are already breaking the law.

But i'd say forget about it, unless you really have something against this person, why get involved in something you don't have to?

Not like you've ever done anything illegal. How would you like it if i called the cops on you for literering, dropping a piece of paper in the street or for jaywalking??? How about for wearing your seat belt. I mean your breaking the law doing one of those things
