This is a really good deal for a great pair of budget bookshelves. These were very positively regarded at their original $149.99 price. A steal at this price.

NEVERMIND THE BELOW. The ones I purchased were the BS21. But look exactly the same.

I bought these last time they came around. In fact, I bought 2 pair to use as mids and rears or fronts and rears depending on my final setup.

Horrible speakers. I'm not sure if I just got a bunk pair or what but absolutely no highs. It was as if the tweaters did nothing. I thought maybe one speaker, but they both sounded equally as bad.

I left the other box unopened and it is sitting in my garage.

Looks very nice, even if I don't need them.

Last speakers I bought off the egg were the exact same line of speakers that were center channel, and I love em.

Maybe they differ, I love the center channel one.

But have much larger ones with it.

I'll just leave it there, do not own these, but if they are similar to the center, they can't be bad.

I think you may very well have just gotten a bunk pair, or something, because the reviews have been stellar for speakers in this price range.

Also, keep in mind these are 6-ohm speakers, so everyone adjust their receiver accordingly, and don't mix them with 8-ohm speakers.
