Pinnacle USB TV tuner at Radioshack - $17.97

Statement of caution, i have owned nearly every single USB TV tuner in existence. The only maker that has a product that works is Hauppauge. Pinnacle/kworld/ati (and some other company whose name escapes me) have all been problematic in their own special ways for SD. For HD i have only used Hauppauge and kworld.
 
I got it installed and running. It works but the one thing that sucks so far is that it takes forever to change channels, both with the PCTV software and Windows Media Center
 
Channel change with digital type stuff seems to take like 3 seconds, much of the wait I think is masking the garbage until everything is synced etc.
