I just bought Pinnacle's Mobile Media Converter from CompUSA's downloadable software store last night. It installed fine but it requires a patch to work with Vista 32bit. But to get the patch you have to register with Pinnacle. No big deal? The serial key that CompUSA supplied is nowhere near a Pinnacle key! WTF. I can't even download the stupid patch to fix the crappy software. I Emailed Pinnacle and CompUSA each about 4-5 times and then finally drove down to my local CompUSA in EL PASO, TEXAS. They either couldn't or wouldn't help. They told me to call CompUSA online tech support... i've been on hold for 2 1/2 freakin' hours!!!!! F U CompUSA and Pinnacle!
