CrichtonsGirl - well we were curious enough to open the valves and when the stuff came gushing out we really didnt want to get it on our hands by closing the valve, it was literally gushing out of this 3 inch tube, i am actually very interested in science, i am in the top group and often get 80+% in my grades, calm down its just some boys mucking around.
 
I agree with ChrichtonsGirl. You had no business doing what you did. You put yourself and others in danger, not to mention tresspassed, messed with someone else's property, etc. There's no excuse for such behavior.

Let's be honest, this wasn't about curiousity. Maybe opening one valve a bit, maybe, but opening two and letting it all gush out was about destruction. Do you vandalize a lot of stuff for amusement?

You're in the top group and you were dumb enough to open the valve? What do the kids in the bottom group do, sit around shoving cashews up their nose and drinking motor oil?

i know it was bad ok i dont do tresspassing as excitement! i didnt touch the things my freind did if its anyone you should be cussing its him! so dont go on at me for that i didnt encourage him either, if i put myself in danger then its my problem

and shinerburke yes they do basically, and make flamethrowers from gas tap's
and no i do not go to a bad school, that kid got expelled for it
 
The pink fluid could be diesel fuel, because they sometimes color it pink or blue in UK. If one of you guys was smoking a cigarette while draining the fuel it could ignite the fumes and kill all of you.

It's used to fuel the construction machinery and the power aggregates. Just for your information: a spark from a nearby switch box could also ignite the fumes.
