There is a pair of Pins marked +, - (2pins)
what is it for? where am I suppose to connect it to on the mobo panel?

Either that or power LED. Use process of elimination to determine what it could be, or try to trace the wires to the front to see what it is going to.

Usually power switch and reset switch are connected together (one connector for 2 wires) while the power led and speaker are seperate connectors for each wire.

There are 4 set of wires,
Power SW
Reset Sw
HDD LED
+ (1pin), - (1pin)

so what could the +, - it be? Its from an Axio case. I really cant think of it, and I'm trying to connect it on the Asus A7N8X Deluxe

What color are the wires? If it's the power LED, it's usually a white and a green wire.
Also, the connector tends to be wide - 2 holes for the wires, with one empty in the middle, though some new cases use a regular 2-hole connector.

Power LED is the other regular connection you didn't mention. Leave those two disconnected and see what doesn't work/light up.
