Pin Email in Windows Phone 8

Hi, I'm a Windows Phone newbie, and am having an issue with my Nokia Lumia 520.

My Hotmail (Microsoft Account) email button disappeared from the Start page. I'm new at this, so I may have unpinned them by accident.

How do I get it back?

I tried going to Settings -> email + accounts, but can't find the option to pin the account to the Start.

It won't let me delete that account so I can recreate it either.

Go to home screen.

Swipe left to go to the applications list.

Go down to Mail. Tap and hold to get "pin to start" option to show. Tap.
