I would do the same thing. That car is a f@*king discrace to humanity. It's pathetic and unapologetically obscene.
 
What does being the 2nd owner have to do with it?

EDIT: Not that I dont agree with the rest of how ugly the car looks. But he is trying to make a huge profit off of something they voluntary help him with.

It probably means its already beens old once, which means the guy selling it isnt the original owner anyways. I could be wrong, the guy could have sold it to himself which would still make the original owner the second owner though.
 
I wouldn't touch those cars with a ten foot pole. They are still junk under all the cake decorating they do to the outside. Its still got 150K on the engine. Now, one of those cars that Chip Foose does on "overhaulin" are a different story. Just the fact Foose looked at them make it worth $$ in my book.

Ok, I could careless if 20 people owned the car before him. I am talking about him selling the car that he got redone just for him for FREE.

They didn't volunteer - the people who work on it are paid a lot, or at least get advertising for their business. They probably couldn't care less what he does with the thing, and MTV made money from advertisements during the show, regardless of what happens with it. It's his car to sell, and it's painful to look at.
 
That's pretty ungrateful. They put $30k+ on your car because you've got a POS, and you go and sell it? C'mon, show a little more respect to "X to the Z Xzibit" 🙂

I know what you mean, and I probably misword it. But still the show seem to help those who are in need and to do something nice. It like you having a death in the family and people buy you flowers. Then opening a street side business selling the flowers to someone else funeral.
 
You mean.... they don't do anything to the engine/drivetrain/suspension on that show? It's just looks?

I never realized that. I've been wanting to watch it, but now I don't want to .. lol
 
Some of the cars had to be pushed in. I'm sure they do some tuning to the engine. Its like building a computer for someone and not installing an OS on it.
 
.As ugly and rediculous as that car looks (and is priced) is still looks better than the Pontiac Aztec and the Scion xB!
