A tip from a Phoenix pimp led to the arrest of a man Christmas Eve in San Francisco on charges of attempted child prostitution.

The pimp told police that he was "infuriated" that the suspect wanted to have sex with a young child, authorities said.

Dell Rainbow Vanderschuit, 35, was under investigation since August for soliciting sex online with a 10-year-old girl and with an undercover police officer at the same time for $1,500.

Phoenix police issued a warrant for Vanderschuit's arrest Dec. 10, but he moved from his Phoenix apartment to Chico, Calif. during the course of the investigation.

Vanderschuit was arrested by Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement at a port in San Francisco after returning from vacation in Mexico. He faces extradition back to Arizona.

I do believe our system does at least distinguish between a minor and an extreme minor. Our sentencing system sucks even more though. A junkie will serve more time than a pedophile.

Except if you two knew tha facts, in most states a 23 year old picking up a 17 year old is legal.
Now paying for sex, no matter the age, is illegal in most states/areas.
