PIII overclocking question

Member
I received my PIII 700 today and I think I got pretty lucky, but I want to make sure before I open the shrinkwrap.

Last 5 product code digits - SL45Y

This means cB0 stepping correct?

First 4 digits of FBO/BATCH# - L020

Indicates a 20th week Malaysian CPU correct?

I should have a good chance of making at least 933Mhz with this chip don't you think?

Thanks,

Ryan Willobee

Yes that cpu is a retail cBO.You should have a good chance of hitting 933 with it but it's not a sure thing.Good luck
