PIII 500 Katmai with Alpha P3125 and Artic Silver

I have it running at 130FSB @ 2.00vcore, when I try to over oc higher, the computer boots, but my Win2k don't work. What do you think the problem is?

try a bit more voltage, up to 2.3V, but remember that Katmai p3s max around 650-690 range.
