I have been modifying my case lately. 😀
Was inspired by some of the cases I saw up on Virtual-Hideout
Doesn't make it run any faster but it sure looks good! 😎
Enlight Case Modification Pictures

Recent Modifications:
  • Plexi Window from 2cooltek.com
  • Red Neon Cold Cathode Light (with switch mounted on front panel) from pcmods.com
  • Extra Case Exhaust Fan (with switch mounted on front panel), drops case temperatures 7 degrees Farhrenheit
  • Mirror on inside bottom of case (can be seen through the plexi window)
  • Radio Shack Indoor Outdoor Thermometer flush mounted in empty 3 1/2" drive bay (measures and displays inside case temperature and outside ambient temperature, also captures min/max values and also has a back light)
  • Added foam filter for intake fan
  • Increased size of intake holes on front panel

very very cool...i bow to you.
i'm just starting to get into case modding. i've been a big fan of it for a long time, but never had a comp. i could work on. (been using my dad's)
finally got my own and now going mod crazy! too bad i don't have the budget right now. 🙁

i'm gonna be putting in a window for my second case mod, first was a 80mm intake fan on front. 😀
thinking about enlarging it to a 92mm and putting the 80mm on the top of my case.

when i scrounge up the money i'll get to work! 🙂

CanOWorms: I got the mirror at Lowe's (Home improvement store). I just gave the guy the dimensions and he cut it for me. I attached to the bottom of the case with double sided tape.
If you look at the 2nd picture, first row, you can see how the FF code reflects off the mirror on the bottom, you can also see the ribbon cable reflecting.
You can see the edge of the mirror in the 3rd picture (first row).
And the 2nd to last picture (bottom row), you can see the intake fan reflected on the bottom.

Glad everyone liked it!😀

Be happy to answer any other questions.

Next I am thinking about using a speaker Sub-Box bass port tube to make an intake funnel for the intake fan on the lower front of the case.😎
