That particular novels is Return of the Condor Heroes.
Its also is my favorite.
back in the days, its taboo for a student and teacher(master) to fall in love and the guy is around 6 yrs younger.
In Asia, these series which are like soap opera with martial arts mixed in is hugely popular.
Each series is like 20-40 episodes about 1 hr long.
