I was a little bored today so I decided to give my digital camera a workout- and while i was at it wanted to test my new site... Let me know what kind of speed you get on the site- and if it is loading okay.
and if any of the links don't work let me know and i'll fix them 🙂

all of the pictures were taken in and around my college's campus (bridgewater college, in virginia).. there are some really scenic places so i thought i'd share some with you all... I hope you like them. 😀

Any other virginian's here? This state is the best.

one of these days i'll actually get around to designing the main page to my site (in my sig)... But I still havent thought of content or anything like that for it.
 
Wow, theres some nice real estate around those parts it seems.

hahaha... good call.. its really nice here though-- very peaceful. almost mayberry-ish.
I live in northern va- i just go to school around here. So its nice to get out of the city and come here.
 
not making fun of you, but some of those captions are hilarious. close to engrish translations. I'll take it you just whipped them up and didn't really put a lot of time into them. From your other posts you seem to speak fine English.

yeah, literally whipped that up in about 20 minutes. i was more interested in getting it up and working so that i could test the site speed than proofreding 🙂

rival, its been really cloudy all day-- looks like its going to rain. there for a while though we had a few minutes of sunshine

i dont know about you, but we have a little resovior like that and we usually don't go swimming in that. Probably because it's covered inches upon inches of duck crap. How about them apples. >>



not so much duck crap in this resovior. no ducks either 😛 . Its actually pretty fun- the water is always really cold- but jumping from 30 feet is nice little adrenalin rush.

beats the hell out of me. I think it has something to do with drainage for when the water in the resovior starts to get too high. Maybe somebody else here has seen them before and knows more about them than me.

yeah its great place for picnics.... and the weather here has been so warm lately so me and my girlfriend actually went out for a picnic this past weekend.


I'm hyped that the site is loading fast-- I was real worried it would be so fast becuase its kinda slow for me. I think that is just due to my college's craptastic network though.


felix- jealous? muwhahaha. Trust me though-- the scenery might be nice,but thats about it . This place smacks of boredom most of the time.

it really does look like a peaceful clean quiet place..

i however would very much so dislike that.... the city life is way too much a part of my life.. i would go berserk if i had to live in the country... :Q

I was going to ask exactly the same question as crab - what the heck is up with that tower?

And uh.. I don't think I'd be swimming in strange looking square lakes with mystery towers in them. For all I'd know, the tower is probably there to measure levels of toxic chemicals and/or sewage content. hahaha.
