I think the best looking ones are those you see that don't wear any makeup who are comfortable with themselves. When people don't like themselves, you can see it, screw the make-up or what-not. I knew a girl who was a resident advisor on my staff last year and he was a real cutie. No make-up, and oh the librarian glasses, those are Ooooo so hot.
