When will AMD lean,why don't they come up with something orginal for a change.Always trying to save a dollar but not haveing to think so hard to come up with a name.

The Core seems smoothed off and more sweet looking 🙂 Looks about the same but I wouldn't mind setting one of thse to RC5 for me 🙂

In further news, it looks like the HSN has sold out of Athlon 4's. Supposedly they only had 500 of them, but still, that ain't too bad for a product that hasn't even been announced.

Call me weird, but i accually like Intels codenames... Though Palo. and Sledgehammer are pretty darn cool. But of course their not calling it Palo. are they? (sigh). No, they just HAD to call it Athlon4....*cough*boring*cough*
 
Is the Athlon 4 that is launching tomorrow the mobile Palomino or the desktop version? Looks like the desktop.
 
The launch tomorrow is for the mobile version. AMD will also introduce the 760MP. What is the Palomino being introduced at 1.4Ghz or 1.5? I've heard both...anybody know?
 
should i go ahead and ge tone of these puppies or get a thinderbird? how will they be price wise compared to a 1.2 GHZ thunderbird
