It's not even what they consider hot, because that's obviously a matter of opinion. I'd agree that the gals in those photos are good looking - but not better looking than some of the women I've seen torn to bits here. I just don't comprehend the differences, but maybe that's cause I'm a gal and I don't look at women as sexual objects. My thought is that the tone of a thread on a gal's looks is predominantly set by the first few posters, with the rest then examining the pictures in that light. So if the first few posters like them, the rest seem to follow suit and the females are flattered. If the first few posters generally don't like the looks, it makes the rest of the evaluations more critical.

Despite modern idea otherwise, we're pack animals.

You're right though, I've seen many hotter girls just walking around campus. Heck, I talk with hotter girls than that, I just don't date them. 😛

i think that because people here are shielded by this thing called the Int4rweb, they think they can anonymously insult or make lewd comments about people that post here, or women's pictures that are put on here... i dont know if most people even post the truth about what they like or not. but because of the sense of anonymity, people here think they can say what they want w/o reprocussions.. and i guess it makes them feel more important if they insult a good looking girl they'd bang in a heartbeat if they ever got the chance.... or something like that.

When we ogle at chicks, we rate them at different standards. For e.g. we don?t compare celebs to girls you see in malls. They are judged a bit more harshly then normal girls. There are standards like that for any type of girl, and they are all different for each guy.



The above is completely false. 😛 I just made that up just like most of the opinions on ATOT. Simply put, a lot of us are being nice to the original poster and not comparing his sister to supermodels. They are good looking and anyone would be glad to go out with them. Period... end of story!
