Just one, but that's all we need.

Your apt is fairly large then. 740 sq ft for a 1 bedroom is a good, livable size. If it was for a 2 bedroom I thought that it might be a litttle tight

Yes, it is big for a one bedroom. I have a one bedroom, 710 sq ft. That's considered large for a one bedroom where I live. My rent is a bit cheaper, about $.66 sq/ft. But then again, my complex is now Section 8. :Q and we now have all kinds of single moms, with 5 kids, none of the kids look alike and they tear up the complex and make noise. Oh well. Time to get a third job so I can afford to move out.

Wow I must be lucky, my apartment (1 bedroom) is ~1000 sq. feet (give or take a few feet, I forget the exact dimensions) ... I guess it is pretty spacious, but I do pay almost $1.00 per square foot... ($995 per month) ... Whats funny is, $995 per month is the cheapest apartment I could find in this area besides the one that I thought might not be safe. (That one was $750 a month)

I live in Fairfax, VA incase anyone was wondering :)

Congrats on the new apartment, it looks great! You can't put a price on your own independance and freedom right? :)

Of course, the first thing you unpacked and set up was the computer, right? And the first site you visited was ATOT? And the next thing you did was set up that table because your back began to hurt. ;)

<-- talking about himself

I pay less on my mortgage than some of you pay to rent! 1850 sq ft, 3 bedroom house = $700/mo.

>Brianna's cheap $59 officemax desk.

I have the exact same desk! I like it. I needed a small one to fit in my bedroom.
