That pic is really strange. The two women in the front look like midgets and/or out of proportion. They look like they were photoshopped onto the pic.

And the girl in purple, her head looks like it shifted down. I guess it could be that is not her body and her real body is behind whoever is wearing purple.

You can see the ear of the person in purple. The picture is taken from a downward facing perspective so everything looks off.
