Pics for the ladies

Lets stop drooling over happykitten and friends and turn the tables on the ladies. I'll try to get some pics up of my pimpin roomies. However for now you'll just have to settle for a pic of me in my natural state. Watch out chicas.

Big Up

All I have to say is WOW!

Cool. 🙂

That pic reminds me of an Outward Bound trip... you must have been having a blast!

luckdragon: thanks for the props, one of my climbing buddies took the pic from atop the opposite side of the canyon. She was a trooper and always managed to somehow get to the best photo spots.

isla: ah another outward bound alum. 🙂 mine was my first introduction to the wonders of outdoor climbing and of course how to deal with the kids who were there as punishment. give me the lowdown on your experience.

Um...you've got a really HOT back! 😀

Can't see the rest - do we get the same treatment as the guys? Maybe a pic of you in oh, say, a thin tank top, maybe twirling your hair and licking your lips? At the very least, I expect to see hot pictures of all your friends, perhaps coming out of the shower?

😀

(you're a good sport, Gaul - and you do have a nice back, LOL)

Hey Gaul

My mom and I did a parent-child backbacking/canoeing deal when I was 14, and she liked the organization it so much she sent my older sister to The Joshua Tree (she did quite a bit of climbing... I was impressed!).

My sister sent her husband on an OB Whitewater rafting for his 40th birthday.... he loved it.

I'm very seriously considering an Outward Bound trip for myself (part of the experience is not knowing anyone in your group!) in the next couple of years. I'd like Mr Isla to do the same thing... it would be good for him.

BTW... My 68 year old mom is dragging my dad to Costa Rica next week on a bird watching expedition. Mom is cool. 😀

Here's a link, for those of you who might want to invest in the experience of your life!

Grrrrrrrrrrooooowl. 😛

Nice pic 😀

I'd love to learn how to climb like that. But I'm afraid I'd just hang there like a monkey and wouldn't get very far 😉

Well hello there.... you look like a real cutie from the back, so wheres the rest of you? And BTW, nice back.... 😉

And I second ChrictonsGirls suggestion of your friends coming out of the shower pics. We want equality darn it. 😛

I gave you a ten for being such a good sport. 🙂

Speaking of closets, its nice of you to think of the ladies, but this lady prefers ladies. Still, nice back.

Hmmm... if this is what reaction outdoor climbing gets nowadays, I'd better get to it... 😉 I've just been indoor - kinda outa practice, too. I have been doing lead indoors, but so far I can't even attempt a 5.12 - just barely can do the easy 5.11's. I suspect that is equivalent to just about nothing for outdoor.

Did you start with outdoor or did you do indoor first?

I must say though, my disability insurance agent sure wasn't impressed. 😛

lol, when the page started loading and I only saw the top half, I thought it was a closeup of a cut of raw steak... haha 😀

rock climing, looks like fun, nearest we got to that around here is the empire state, though. And i don't think they'd let me climb it. Not that I climb, but i could.

hehe thanks for all the replies ... btw an explanation of the beanie coverage. At the times this picture was taken I hadn't had a shower in a week and my hair was just a little bit nasty. note, however, that I do shower every day normally, just not on cross country climbing trips.

on the subject of other photos, give me a little time, and I will produce. It would be nice if some of the true AT studs could take up some of the slack for me.

Isla, yeah Outward Bound is great. Joshua Tree is a classic place to climb. My dad has been so jealous of my trips, that he wants to take an Outward Bound trip sometime. I think it's great that they run trips for older people. Just because you're not 18 doesn't mean you can't get outside and have some fun. 🙂
