lol some of you take this way too seriously.
And the comment about sucking it up when gag reflexes kick in. LOL. Yeah as if you can control that. If something is that gross to someone, it simply is that gross. Not everyone has the same tastes, get over yourselves.
Also before someone pulls out the "it's in the head" bull crap, it's not. There are tastes that some people simply can't stand. It's more than just looking at the item and saying "I don't like that" and refusing it, it's knowing that you don't like the taste and wanting to avoid it if you can. When I make a spaghetti sauce, I put onions in it, because it's part of the recipe and it adds to the taste, but because they are cooked and mixed in with everything else, I don't actually taste onion. I KNOW they're in there, but I still like the sauce, because I don't actually taste them after it's gone through the whole process. There are onions in salsa, I even see them when I'm eating salsa, but because of the hot peppers and other stuff and just the way it's processed, I don't taste them, so I don't have to pick them out. Same with other things that might call for onions.
But try to sneak one in a burger or something where it's not processed in a way to kill the taste and I WILL notice, not because I suspect it's there, but because I'll actually taste it.
I know lot of people who don't like fish, but I like fish, I don't hold it against them, and I wont put them in a situation where they have to eat it.
