I was at a club, standing outside by myself looking retarded, when this girl walked past me and said pretty loudly, "goddammit thats the third time some guy has stepped on my feet". Without even thinking, or caring, I said out loud "Maybe its because you have big feet". She looked at me kind of shocked and said "what?". So I just repeated myself (why not right, not like there was anything to salvage). So then she ignored me but was still standing a couple feet from me since she was talking to her friends. A couple minutes pass by, and Im still standing there alone, and she looks at me and asks "so what are you still doing out here?". We ended up just talking about nothing and I got her number, yes we went out, no it didn't go anywhere, but that wasn't the point of the story anyway.

go up to lots of girls, be confident but not arrogant, have a couple of funny stories ready to talk about.... make them laugh (and not by showing them your penis) 😛
Try to get them to talk about themselves as much as possible... EVERY FEMALE loves to talk about themselves and love guys that LISTEN! At least act like you're listening. Smile alot. Always look like you're having fun. Try not to be around too many cocks... this can intimidate some women. Hang out with a wingman. Laugh alot while you're hangin out with your wingman at the bar, you wanna look like you guys are fun. If possible, invite girls who are just friends to come along with you and your wingman, other girls will see you guys hanging out together and you'll look more tempting.

At the very least this will help you get use to conversing with women, which is really the greatest benefit of talking up every women you have a chance to. Even if the first 100 don't pan out, that's 100 instances of extra experience talking to girls you're interested in. To quote Batman Begins... "Why do we fall down? So we can learn to pick ourselves up again." Failure = knowledge gained. Every time you get back up you'll be stronger and better equipped for future encounters.
