Picking up a new power supply...

I found an OEM 350 Watt AMD approved Enhance ps at newegg for $35...

I am figuring this is as cheap as im gonna get a 350W ps, so how are the Enhance power supplies? any good?

also, if you know of a RELIABLE online retailer that has better ones for cheaper, let me know, thanks guys

edit, just found a 350W sparkle at newegg for $50... should i fork the extra 15 bucks for it?

yes! you won't regret it! a good power supply is critical...and sparkle makes some of the best out there.

Yes, get the Sparkle. Sparkle's are without a doubt the best power supplies I have used (even better than Enermax). I have used them for years without a single problem.

dude I have the enhance ps in my case its a 300w max output 165w and im running 266a board 1ghz duron no trouble. this ps wont run xp 1600 but the one your looking at is plenty for that. get the cheaper one there both the same 220 max output. Its just madness these people paying $80+ for power supply.

Call it madness or whatever, but one thing for sure you'll be worse than a "mad dog" when you find out what you bought doesn't work for you! Especially when the only way to find out is when after you pulled all your hair off your head!

If I was gonna spend $80+ on PS I would spend the extra $30 and get the whole Tower case with it. I am running Enhance now with a epox 8KHA+ and this PS i have Is running it fine a 1GHz 145 FSB, the PS Beast1284 is looking at is alot better than mine so i dont see the problem?? I have a XP 1600 coming tommorow so Im in trouble with my current PS. Im thinking bout getting this
