Never have before, why tonight? Which source is most likely cell phone, cordless phone, cb or ham radio?? I don't hear very much, every few minutes or so approx 5 seconds of speaking comes through (one side of the convo only).

Mine do that too, mostly during the night. I only hear one side of the conversation, some guy talking on a cb. I take it he is talking to the truck drivers on the near-by interstate, but he lives just a little bit up the road from me. He was telling someone the other night approximately where he lived, so that's how I know. And just yesterday, I heard it on the phone while I was talking. The girl I was talking to thought I was crazy, but it was that guy sitting there chattin with someone. Weird sh!t, huh?

Wonder what you'll do if you ever pick up a convo with a girl who's having hot steamy phone chats?

I bought a set of the thin flat speakers that did that. Had a radio station playing all the time. Took um back and got another kind. End of problem.

It seems to be over, that was quite startling! I wonder if it could be from all the humidity, very saturated here.

Had that happen once.
The odd thing is that it not only came out of my PC speakers in my room but it also came out of the living room stereo too.
It freaked me out but I was already listening to music so it wasn't that bad.
My brother was listening to music, but stopped the CD to continue to study. I guess he left the receiver on and he hears loud voices coming from the living room.
Spooked him pretty good.

When we used to have this cheap ass cordless phone that doesn't have the switch channel option, I can usually pick up my neighbour's convo almost everytime.. it was like him talking to his girlfriend or someone, and always arguing. I know it's my neighbour b/c the convo was in Mandarin.

I used to hear other people's conversations on my home stereo back when I lived in California.
Jarwa can hear his neighbor on his speakers.

Yes, but then you start to take on the appearance and smell of a baked potato. You'll have to go to work really early and constantly look over your shoulder for people following you carrying bacon bits and chives.

Yep, I sure can. Dude across the street has a CB that bleeds in on my computer speakers and all five of my TVs. Drives me fvcking nuts! He's a dumbass too. You oughta hear the hootin' and hollerin' he does every night.
I need some sort of high powered radio frequency blaster that will knock his system out. Any suggestions? Don't let me down now. I need to nuke that hick!

If your cordless phone picks up other conversations, you have an old POS phone. Anything half decent has security codes to prevent that. I remember when cordless phones were new things... you could pretty much go and here anyone's conversation if you were within range.
