That being said, the looks of the 1 series is one of those "you have to own one to understand" sorta things. But like most bmw styling, it looks goofy now but will definitely stand the test of time.

I don't know about the current gen, but for the E36, the couple had the cabin placed further back, so it had sports car proportions vs sedan proportions.

I have had 15% tint on all my cars since I was 17 ... I have only gotten one tint ticket, and I have been pulled over probably around 6-7 times (city and state spread out enough I just got warnings) since I was 17...I am 25 now. Ever since I moved to Minneapolis, I have not been hassled with my tint..but yeah, I know, 50% is the law here.

I have been contemplating getting a doctors note for it, but unsure who can give them, I tried a few optometrists, but they have no idea.
