sugar
except for in iced tea.. I find it takes too much sugar and stirring to equal the sweetness of 2 packets of sweet n low in my glass of iced tea at restaurants. equal is nasty, didnt like splenda in my tea either

I like splenda cause it tastes pretty good and it wont get me too wired up in the morning in my coffee. Besides that, honey is cool too.

<--- natural sugar, or brown sugar or honey

No artificial sweeteners, please. 🙂
aren't equal and sweet n low artificial?

Sugar. If you're eating enough that the calories are cause for concern, you have some dietary issues to work out.
