Any comments are Welcome!! Apevia Case comes with 2x default 80mm fans...would i need more cooling for any of these two PC's ? Liquid Cooling or a better Processor Cooler, perhaps? What about the 8800 ULTRA? Should i get an Arctic VGA Cooler or anything for that..? I am trying to not spend money on anything more..but if it is absolutely a must for more cooling, please comment!!

Thanks for reading and replying guys =)

Get a case with 120mm fans, 80mm fans dont provide enough airflow. Ditch the ocz cooler and go for a thermalright 120 ultra extreme with a 120mm fan. And why not overclock the first system?
Also i wouldnt bother getting the 8800 ultra now unless its an evga one which allows you to step up in 90 days. New gpu's are coming out in the next two months.

I recommend an 8800GTS 512 (or 8800GT) from eVGA instead since you may want to step up to a 9800GTX when it comes out in the next few months.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Penryn 45nm chips should be out soon.
600w PSU should be enough for non SLI.

okay.. i made a quick change.. how about this?
Asus P5K-E Core 2 Quad
nVidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB 2DVI/HDCP PCI-Express Video Card (as suggested) i think i will go for the 9800 later this year.
Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Series
Thermalright 120 ultra extreme 120 mm Fan ( as suggested)

8800GT is a solid performer for the price, don't waste the extra hundreds for marginal performance increases in the Ultra.

I think you need to sit down and really think about what features you want. Then we'll recommend you the smart money parts to meet those needs. As Borealis7 mentioned, an SLI mobo without 2 cards is a waste. You can spend all the $ you saved on a really nice monitor or on a nice comfy chair.

System 2... also get a 8800GTS v3 (512MB) from evga and step up to the 9800GTX when it comes out... it will cost less and you will get much more. In fact the GTSv3 is already very close to the ultra.

Under no circumstance you should get 2 or more video cards. It is horrible and buggy.
And getting an SLI mobo with only 1 video card might SEEM like a waste in theory except for one little issue. Non SLI mobos are much lower end. You can either have a high end mobo with SLI, or a low end mobo without. You cannot get a high end mobo without SLI.

Anyways intel mobos are only available with crossfire... so you should just get an intel P35 mobo and regardless of weather it supports CF or not you should just use one card with it.
