Pick the better cutting meal...

I've been trying to learn more about which meals are better for a cutting regimine. If given the choice of the following meals, which one is best for cutting?

Protein Shake: Almond Milk, Almond Butter, Banana, Blueberries, Chocolate Whey Protein
Grilled Chicken w/ Broccoli
Fish Tacos (Home Made)
Rolled Oats with Cinnamon (half cup?)
Steamed Mussels (no sauce)
Grilled Salmon with onions and peppers, a little olive oil
Sweet Potato

I'm just curious... which one does the most damage and which the least?

Just eat a variety of foods you enjoy at a caloric deficit. Isolated food choices for body composition are meaningless outside of the context of your total diet.

Absolutely correct.

It's very hard to find one meal that is complete in the context of a single meal without looking at your whole day/ a few days eating habits.

Here is my food diary:

All of those would be great dinner choices if you had one each night of the week that would be a solid change to a good eating lifestyle.

The Rolled Oats with Cinnamon would be a better breakfast choice but it is lacking in protein. I like to have protein with all of my meals so I'd have a protein shake with that in the morning.

The Legal Seafoods tuna burger has 1300 calories in it?! I got it without the bun, so I only put 75% of it on there, but still! holy cow. That pattie is not that big....

This is why it's good to track your macros. Once you have a few weeks you don't have to log everything as you have a better appreciation of what you are eating has in it.
