Pick me a Quiet fan?

I am runnign a 1..4 ghz tbird, in an enlight case..I dont know what my case fan is in front, but whatever it is it is loud as HELL! What are some quiet fan options for this piece? No overclocking done here btw.


Also, I just realized it makes the room real hot, so itd be nice if it would help cool it down more as well...Maybe I am asking for too much here? Well, first priority is a quiet fan though...for a low price. Thanks

What size? Panaflos are a good choice.

Try the Zalman case fans, ZM-F1. I bought mine for $10 CDN. It runs at 20dB in Silent Mode.

Panaflo L1A or Papst fans should do the trick.

12v L1A, Papst if you want to spend too much money, or an Enermax Thermal Control fan.

sirpado, if you'll want the ability to control the fan's speed (and noise output) consider the YS TECH Adjustable 8CM cooling fan from newegg. The rheostat is on a 24" wire so you can mount it pretty much anywhere you want in your case.

Papst fans are supposed to be really quiet.. I researched into it and bought myself 4, but haven't setup the new system yet to test them out for myself.
