You actually want to write an essay.....for fun? 😕

Yep! I love to write, I just haven't written a well-constructed essay in some time. Don't want my skills to become too rusty.

why in the world do u want your essay skills to stay sharp?

Why wouldn't I?
This is a great idea Orsorum. Previously, before entering college, I would loathe essays even though I got some version of an A on just about all of them. Now with one year past me, and having a rather discriminating professor, it's quite a thrill each time. I found out that my grammar is up to par as I thought it was and in particular sentance structure. My biggest problem is procrastination: I would wait until hours before the essay is due and then not have time to thoroughly proofread them. I was planning to stick myself in the public library and do some research for a self created essay topic but alas, I blame the heat 🙂.

I could probably do an entire book just on the psychological effects of warfare. Oooh, ideas. How the psychological effects of close-range combat have changed throughout history.

It is only in the writing of this essay that the meaning of life will finally be revealed. The key is the number 42.

Wasn't there a thread about this some time ago? Or would that be my source of research?
