I've never heard of warhammer 20k, it may be a tough find 😀

I have only played Warhammer and Rome:TT with Pirates! sitting on my desk. I would say go for Rome as it was more satisfying for me at least.

Even though I absolutely LOVED the original two RCT series (been playing them for 4 - 5 years), I was thoroughly dissappointed with RCT3. It's very incomplete, the graphics are pretty glitchy, and the game itself is very confusing. And an era falls.
