Hows the Charger + Hemi when it comes to reliability??
I don't remember a Charger RT, but I sat in a 300C SRT8 & Charger SRT8. The interiors seemed decent to me and I loved the seats (which are upgraded in the SRT8, omg so comfy), but the real question is: are you a driver or a passenger? While I couldn't stand an interior like my gf's 01 Saturn (brittle plastic everywhere, squeaks like a guinea pig), I can trade soft plastic for HP and performance. I consider myself a driver. Sounds like you're a passenger ;)

I've always heard the Altima handles like a boat, feels very non-stable. Maybe they revamped that for 07?

Sounds like you already made your decision.

I would get a Dodge Charger R/T

Crappy a** interior

There's a whole lot more to a car than its interior. People need to stop being so butt-happy about a car's interior.

Yea, a 5.7 HEMI, so what?

Obviously the OP isn't looking for horsepower. And no, I would never pay $30k for crappy a** interior. And people shouldn't be so butt happy about horsepower.

If you look at the second post, the OP has clearly listed the HP and leg room as considerations for a car. The Charger is the best out of the cars being mentioned in this thread.

But if you look at OP's choices listed, he want something that practical and reliabile. 14-19 mpg city is not that practical...and you don't know how reliable these new Chargers are.

And OP want a built in Navi- not offer by the Charger.

and the Charger is ~$2-3k more than a V6 EX Accord with navigation.

With the current incentives and employee pricing and incentives you can get one for about the same price. That does include the GPS navigation system which is a factory option on the car.

It hard to say what the reliability is going to be for the Charger. But looking at the 300C it should be pretty reliable.

I've sat in a DUB edition Charger at NY Auto show- the dash and material feel cheap. In hell I would pay close to $30k to have cheap material in my car. I would fork couple thousand more for the new Infiniti/BMW/Lexus/Acura. Don't mind losing some horsepower for some comfort/amenities.

But then if you are horsepower "butt-happy", American is the way to go.
