Camry all the way, but go take each on a nice test drive, highway and city see which one you like better, i doubt any of the three will dissappoint you.
I'm still not 100% sold on the altima after getting one as a loaner from my dealer. I preferred the camry and accord. I'd skip the built-in nav though, and get a portable unit.
Out of those, Accord; but I wouldn't buy it.
Subaru Legacy GT FTW; same price off the lot as Accord with more power, great reliability, and an overall quality vehicle. Accord is just too bland for me.

What are you looking for?
More power - Go for Altima.
Looks - Go for Accord.
Interiors - Go for Altima.
Reliability - Accord / Camry
Resale Value - Camry (Accord comes next).
Gas miles - Almost all the 3 are tied for this.
Personally, my preference if for Accord and then for Camry.

My wife is giving her Mazda to our son so she wants a new car. She asked me to research it. My research came down to three cars: The Altima, the Accord or the Civic.
We went to the dealers to take a look. Here is my impressions:
Altima (2.5 S) - Amazing car for the money. Sticker read $21,000 but the dealer dropped the price to $16,500 before I could talk. Except for the oil pump recall this is the best value car of the three IMHO.
Civic EX - Nice car but WAY overpriced for the money IMHO. the dealer will not negotiate on this car, they are selling just too fast. You are looking at about $21,500 OTD for this thing.
Accord LX or LX SE (4 cyl) - A much nicer car and a MUCH better value than the Civic EX. Bland styling but WTH, it's a Honda. the dealer will negotiate on this car. My estimate was about $19,000 to $20,500 OTD for one of these.
Honda is having a year-end clearance on the Accord and Nissan is always offering hefty rebates on the Altima. My dealer actually doubled it to $3,500!

Horrible mileage? 20/27MPG is horrible? That's average for a mid-200HP V6 and you have a lot better acceleration.
I don't mean to say the two cars are meant to directly compete. The Accord is a no-frills, high quality, reliable, A-to-B car. I drove a new Accord sedan and just wasn't very impressed with the driving experience; the coupe is better. For those who want to enjoy driving, I wouldn't suggest going with any of the OP's suggetions
And if you can't afford $3 more per fillup, why are you buying a mid-$20K car?

6 miles per gallon + premium adds up if you do higher milage per year. At 12,000 miles per year that is around $40 a month difference. Not earth shattering, but that's a nice dinner out each month or a new video game.

There's a whole lot more to a car than its interior. People need to stop being so butt-happy about a car's interior.

Why Mazda 6 not on the list?

And again, I said the two aren't meant to compete. If you want a Camry, then enjoy your newly redesigned, stylish non-sporty car. If you want some excitement in your driving, $40/month and a cheaper car (Camry can easily hit $30K, LGT's generally don't go for more than $25-26K loaded off the lot; and you know Toyota isn't giving crap for discounts on it) are well worth it. We won't get into how the cars are going to be a completely different experience to drive, LGT has AWD, and is top safety rated from the IIHS.
EDIT Forgot to mention the Camry does 0-60 in 6.5 according to Edmund's. The 5MT LGT does it in 5.3s and the 5EAT is around or under 6s from what I hear.

Obviously the OP isn't looking for horsepower. And no, I would never pay $30k for crappy a** interior. And people shouldn't be so butt happy about horsepower.
It's all about priorities. You can get great value in performance or great value in aesthetics; it isn't often you find both.
BTW, the Charger/300C seems to have a fine interior to me. Anything has to be better than GM
Unless you're rubbing your base ass on the doors to see how nice it feels, as long as it looks good who cares? My $0.02If you look at the second post, the OP has clearly listed the HP and leg room as considerations for a car. The Charger is the best out of the cars being mentioned in this thread.

True, but you as the buyer of the car and the driver, would likely to look at the car from INSIDE most of the time. The dash and material on the Charger feel plasticky and cheap. You are paying nothing but the engine and the looks for the Charger.
Hows the Charger + Hemi when it comes to reliability??

But if you look at OP's choices listed, he want something that practical and reliabile. 14-19 mpg city is not that practical...and you don't know how reliable these new Chargers are.
And OP want a built in Navi- not offer by the Charger.
and the Charger is ~$2-3k more than a V6 EX Accord with navigation.
