(I've only watched 2 episodes of Enterprise so I don't know where archer fits into the line)
 
pike wasnt one of the options, buddy. but yes, he does indeed kickus the buttus. but he cant be in the running cause hes too old, no, hes too, oh man, i dont know.

He can't move or talk, is in a wheelchair that blinks one for yes and two for no. Best he could do is run someone over... in slow motion...

This is like the best Bond question. There's Picard, then there's everybody else. I probably vote Kirk or Sisko number 2. 😛

Picard gets high marks all around.

In the last movie where the Enterprise is nearly a shot up hulk, he says "I've got him!" and proceeds to ram the Enterprise into the other ship since none of the weapons work.

The man never gives up.

janeway was annoying but grows on you
sisko and picard are immediately and consistently excellent
 
They all suck except Kirk. All the others are whiney politically correct drones who are always on their damn preachers soap box. Kirk is the only independant thinking person of the lot. If he saw a pretty woman, he f*cked her. If he saw an enemy, he would f*ck'em up.
