Exactly what I was thinking. Just like real life, not every created person will be pretty or handsome. That's what struck me first thing looking at this pic, is that the portrayal is realistic. Just another "normal" human being, nothing special.

Yeah, except for the hair and the shirt, I'd say that is excellent rendering. Nice texturing and lighting. At a casual glance, you could easily mistake that for real.
