LMAO! You guys are funny. Its a render that someone made. The bottom picture is the actualy 3D model minus the texture maps.

Its pretty impressive I think.
 
Wow, it's amazing how critical some of you can be... considering that ARTIFICIAL picture is more attractive than many real humans ... not to mention if you saw the top picture on its own you would have no doubts its a real picture (except perhaps because of the hair lines on the left and right, and the color of the shirt)..
 
at first look, I thought that they were making a structure out of a real pic.

The camera angle is a bit weird - think about it... hard to get a shot of a boys face so close.
