Hey, we all can't be the Maxim photographer that shot Carmen Electra. I like his pic. It is well...rooted in the fundamentals of basic quality photography.
Allthough I have no idea what those basic things are, I'm sure that his pic qualifies...*approved*

Yup, the "rule of thirds", basically it's just that you shouldn't ever split a picture right down the middle. For example, if you're taking a picture of the horizon, then the picture should be 1/3 earth and 2/3 sky or vice versa, but it should not be 1/2 and 1/2.
