My wife is turning 30 this fall. I want to play a surprise song on a piano for her. Recommend me a song to learn!!!

Requirements:
- something romantic
- something easy on the left hand
- learnable within 6 months time that I have (I can play 3-4 times a week, I have a decent electric piano)
- sheet music must be available
- a video of someone playing it on a piano must be available
- if it's an instructional video - even better!
- I am willing to pay for an online course or some private lessons to learn this particular piece

About my piano abilities:

- I can read sheet music slowly (can't play off the sheet if I see it for the first time).
- I can play boogie. I have a few left hand patterns I know well enough to even improvise with the right hand.
- I need to have a video of someone playing it, because I have a hard time getting the note durations right. I.e. if I read the progression off the sheet, I need to hear someone play it, and I can reproduce it afterward. Otherwise I can't play the tune in my head.

Thank you!

I forgot: unfortunately Brian Adams 'Everything I do' is out of the question 🙁 I tried to learn it and play for my previous GFE, and my wife can't stand anything about her.

I'm a big fan of the Clair de Lune by Debussy. Lots of YouTube videos of it being played. May be too difficult for you, though.

Probably my favorite song to play.

Anyway, what about Richard Marx? A bit cliche though. Maybe that one song...Fifteen? By five for fighting.

Thanks a lot, guys! Some of these should be doable!
I'll probably need a couple of technique lessons or smth, but 'Fifteen' is right about where I am comfortable.
