Anyone have a "Best" opinion? Looking for any that include the most beneficial phytos, especially with nutrients geared toward anti-oxidant effects, among others.
However, not looking for a multi-vitamin approach. I've got that taken care of.
Before anyone says anything, yes I admit I probably don't get nearly enough phytonutrients on a daily basis, probably quite rare.
I despise most vegetables. If I cannot palate the taste, I generally avoid that food item - and I don't want to suffer when I eat. I strive to eat as healthy as possible, and get the right balance based on my knowledge of physiological needs at that point in time - but I still actively avoid most vegetables because my senses react in a way that ruins an entire meal based on even a shred of lettuce in a sandwich. I can't help that, and while I could force it, I like to enjoy eating and still remain healthy.
Illogical/unreasonable? Possibly.
Would still appreciate the help.
