The image shows physicians leaving socialist countries for the free market health care of the United States where higher wages are to be expected.

This is hardly surprising, and it illustrates one of my dissatisfactions with the Canadian health care system.

I don't think the dems will get that far... the most I've heard talk about is a single payor system, or a single payor alternative(meaning, the insurance companies get to stay in)

or I've also heard about a system where the government buys insurance plans for individuals. Worst case scenario IMO. Guaranteed business for insurance companies.

Hopefully that won't happen or we will eventually have to swim to China when sick. The United States is a popular health destination for wealthy Canadians, Asia for most other folks in seek of inexpensive modern medicine.
