Physical memory dump on bootup?

Duron 700 or so.

Fresh install of win. I go aand it gives me blu screen o death saying physical memry dump, and it goes 1....2.....3.....4 all the way till like 70 reboots does itn again then shutsdown. Every time. Just did it out of nowhere
 
It's happened to me too, while I'm surfing the web, it has happened twice...it didn't seem to affect anything.
