Physical Memory Dump Error. Help PLEASE!

Hi, I'm having a constant Physical memory dump error with a BSOD...

It says:
STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, )xB7BD880E, 0xB51229F0, 0x00000000)

It started happening today, every time I reboot in regular mode. If I am in safe mode (as I am now), my computer runs fine...

Is this a hardware problem although it runs fine in safe mode? Or some kind of virus problem?

I need it fixed ASAP! Any help is GREATLY appreciated! I went to check for BIOS updates and found nothing.

Core 2 Duo E6600
Corsair XMS-2 DDR2-800 2GB ram
PNY GeForce 7600GT
ECS P965-cant remember the rest, motherboard
Seagate 7200.10 250 GB hard drive

PLEASE HELP!

It is probably a driver problem. Try reinstalling the motherboard chipset drivers obtainable from the motherboard manufacturer's support page.
