So...suppose you have this plane, and it's on a treadmill.....does it blow up when I strap NanoStuff and about 50 pounds of C4 to it and apply an electric current?

Depends on where exactly you're applying the current, the voltage and amperage of said current...

I'd say let's apply like 100,000 volts at 50 Amps directly to NanoStuff, who has The C4 in contact with his body.

Depends on how much resistance the wheel bearings have.
