Is there a way to send a mass email to all users, except one?
A group I belong to wants to send out an email to help a guy out that's having medical problems. But, we don't want him to know about it yet.

There isn't an "Email all but one" feature built in but there is a Mass Email feature in the administrative interface which will allow you to email a particular group. So you can assign that one user to a temp group, email out the normal group, and set the user back to the normal group.
