phpbb addon/mod/hack - cant find one that I want...

I'm looking for a phpbb hack that will allow me (the admin) to have to approve of the user before they are allowed to complete their registration... I don't want every Tom Dick and Harry to have access to the site...

anyone point me in the right direction?
