higherhost.com has autoinstall with their CPanel, (although not up yet) they have excellent prices, and you can be a beta tester for them like i am right now for a very very nice price.

excellent speed too.

Theres a good site opensourcecms.com or something like that you can check out a bunch of cms software.

For simple little features sites, I prefer Mambo because its quick and easy to setup.
For full featured CMS, LOOK AT XOOPS 2.

phpnuke has a large following and lots of mods though.

super easy.. that is what makes or breaks it for me..

I have a html wysiwyg editor.. Just get on my site and pretend to post some news.. Just play around with it..

You can still get PHP Nuke though.

I just installed PHP Nuke, it took about 2 clicks and 5 seconds ... looks like some errors at the top and some customizing but DAMN I LOVE ADDACTION.NET!!!

looks like some language files aren't there...

AH - so a drop box selects the topic / subject icon - cool. That does look simple.
