but the hair still sucks...
Here's how you do the hair..
Duplicate the background layer. Set duplicate background layer opacity to around 75% Lasso up the hair and then go to select -> inverse selection. Press delete, so then only the hair is on that layer.
Then you go to filters -> stylize -> diffuse -> anisotropic
Hair should look much better now, but it'll still be a tad rough with a bit of artifacts.
To smoothen it, first flatten the layers from layers -> flatten.
Then you use the smudge tool at 15% strength and smudge it in the direction the hair is going.
This will give you natural smooth looking hair. ;)

It's on hold. I'm currently experiencing lack of fuckaround time. I got drawed off for about 4 hours studying grain. That lead to evaluating about 4 different pieces of software. After that, I dug through my pile of photoshop plugins and ended up playing with ulead morph, photographic edges, and mystical lighting, and deep paint. Burned the whole day.
Now I'm forced to make some money so they don't shut the electric off.
Damn the world is demanding. :D

your rasterbation looks weird. It looks like the picture just got changed to dots, instead of each dot being one solid color.

Jolin looks pretty good in that pic, but she really isn't that good looking in person, imo. She's a pretty famous singer from Taiwan, but i don't think she can really sing that well. She sells her looks, which aren't that great either, imo.
