I'm thinking just a crappy keyboard and half the keys don't always work. I've had to deal with keyboards like that before, at one point it's like "F it" and just keep typing while making a memo to replace it.

He's not typing out closed-captioning to a sporting event being broadcast live, he's posting messages in an internet forum. If he can't be bothered to go back and check that he's actually written something in a language recognized outside his own head before he hits reply, then I can't be bothered to take him seriously.
